Normally we recommend that you have a floral reading first, but if you want a direct message on what flower (or group of flowers) you should align with, then we provide a floral prescription to advise on what flowers and foliage to bring into your home or office.
On occasions you may also receive information on aligning crystals with the flowers, bringing specific flower essences or scented candles into your home, or spiritual exercises such as meditation and breath work. When you bring your prescription items into your home or office they will help to heal and realign your energy and take your life to a higher vibration.

Upon purchasing a floral prescription, I will contact you within 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to gather the required information. This will include a clear photograph taken on your own (ideally just head and shoulders, in jpeg or png format) to allow us to establish a strong energetic connection. Should you choose to purchase a floral prescription for a friend or family member, it is important to first obtain their permission to supply a photo of them.
